Low Signing on Fees

Unlike other Leeds Letting Agents who can charge a tenant well over a hundred pounds in unnecessary fees, we only charge a one-off, all-inclusive fee of £39.50.

We offer a wide variety of student accommodation for University of Leeds and Leeds Metropolitan University students. Popular locations include the city centre, Hanover Square, North Leeds, Kirkstall, Headingley, Crossgates, Chapel Allerton. And Alwoodley.

We are an approved letting agent and registered with the leeds city council as an accredited landlord.

We can offer either furnished or unfurnished accommodation. From studio, rooms, shared accommodation/houses, one bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom flats to the ideal student dig!

The best thing of all is we don’t charge a signing on fee. We simply offer good quality executive accommodation to rent, backed by a friendly team should and we endeavour to see to any repairs within a 48 hour period . all our gas central heating / hot watersystems are under full maintenance cover and gas certs and electrical certificates if applicable are issued on your move in.

All bonds are put into the government/ insurance backed tenancy deposit scheme (tds) and we aim to have bond returns returned , within a maximum 10 day period or in most cases within days subject to there been no disputes by either party. The only fees you will pay when renting one of our properties is £39.50.
